Hi, I’m Barefoot Sue
I'm committed to serving humanity by sharing the healing power of nature through Barefoot, a connection to nature and our body's ability to look after itself, in most cases, and Rewilding Coaching. I practice the Wim Hof Method breath work and cold therapy, and throughout the winter I do ice water plunges in a hole in the lake. It was through my connection to nature that inspired me to start going barefoot 12 years ago. Most recently I have created a series of online courses called, Rewilding Series. She wrote, How to Wear Bare Feet and her second book, My Camino is presently in development as a feature film. You can find her walking in the forest or in a city, at a restaurant, or store, almost always barefoot and Sue loves to plunge into an ice hole in the lake near her home in Muskoka, Canada.
